ADDITIONAL CHARGE

FOR ALL NEW AND EXISTING BOOKINGS FALLING ON PERIOD OF STAY 31.03.14 AND ONWARDS THE "TOURISM DIRHAM" FEE

WILL BE APPLIED BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY BY HOTEL GUESTS DURING CHECK-IN. THE FEE IS AS FOLLOWS:

Studio Deluxe - AED 10 (3 USD) per room per night

One Bedroom Deluxe - AED 10 (3 USD) per room per night

One Bedroom Premier - AED 10 (3 USD) per room per night

2 Bedroom Deluxe - AED 20 (6 USD) per room per night

CANCELLATION

All bookings In the event of New Year period are non refundable

EARLY DEPARTURE: 100% of the booked period will be charged on meal plan booked

NAME CHANGES are treated the same as cancellations.

Check-in time - 14.00.

Check-out time - 12.00

Two Bed Bed Room DLX: -

Each apartment is 102m2, with two separate bedrooms one bed room with king size bed and

one with twin beds, living room with dining, 2 separate bathrooms, flat-screen TV, Safe

Deposit Box, Iron, Iron board, Hair Dryer, Washing Machine. Vastly equipped separate kitchen

with Hot plate, Micro oven, Dish Washer, Refrigerator, Cutleries and Crockery’s.

Parking: - Covered car parking available at Basement One & Two.
